A 360-day warranty is provided from the date of purchase. If the equipment encounters any issues, it will be repaired by the mining farm's technical team under unified maintenance services, and no additional fees will be incurred.

Warranty only applies to original mining machines purchased directly from the whatsminer website. Mining machines purchased from other platforms will be the responsibility of other service providers

If the equipment encounters issues after the warranty period has expired, and you require repairs, please contact customer service to submit a repair work order. Repair costs will be borne by the user
